The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) is the agency responsible for certification to enable the fast-track scheme to be used.
Companies applying for certification must employ more than 20 people, must recruit international staff and must have standard salary and employment conditions.

Citizens of countries other than Nordic, European Union or European Economic Area countries must have a residence permit to remain in Denmark.
